We accept returns on most products purchased from Fitnevip, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@fitnevip.click or by phone at (314) 822-1143 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms to include with the return package.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you received a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser or gift card used for the purchase.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. If your item is defective or there was an error in processing your order, we will happily exchange the item at no additional cost.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. To help us process your return quickly, please include clear photos of the defect or damage in your communication.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
